My Story

time flies.... after a while the 4 days is gone......the ang baos .....food....all became the past....life moves on

And me.....bcos my mum,uncle,father, auntie went abroad...i became a nanny overnight...nursing 3 big babies (from 9-12)....my job includes sending them to school and fetch them back from sch..this gives mi an early experience of becoming a mother next time. But today they already scare mi when I brought them for movie - I not stupid too.

when the cinema is all quiet:
- the kid inside the movie tries to steal : my little cousin speaks with his thunderous voice: "Hey you shouldn't steal leh" (innocent hoh....kids mah)

-he ate all the popcorn woh and drank most of the sprite refusing to share with his sister

in the mos burger restaurant:

- my little cousin in act again....he taps the table so loudly that the whole restaurnt pple are staring at our table....and when I ask him to stop....he seems deaf loh.

hope everything goes fine for the next few days.

Though I have studied and majored in civil engineering in NTU, I have never imagine myself to become a civil engineer. And most of my friends should know that I dint really choose that because of passion or interest. Well it was my 2nd choice out of the 3 schools of engineering in NTU. Thanks to my A level results I cant do accountancy(which is wat i want at that point of time).....and now I actually studied ACCA together with my degree....It is definitely much more fun compared to engineering.....but i realise i dun want to be an accountant either....I am still helpless when fraud occurs ....makes mi feel abit useless duhz

But today I realise maybe I can consider to become a civil engineer.....It was the most important job in my point of view. A civil engineer is always secondary compared to an architect. Of course, we have to be registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) before we can sign documents to approve designIf architect earns 100 bucks, an engineer get 60 bucks(my lecturer say one dunno true or not). But our responsibility is much more important compared to an archi.....if the building collapsed we are the first one to kana....just like the nicoll highway incident.

We are responsible for building beautiful houses(where u live in woh) and sky scrapers ...which will stand there for another maybe 50 years. if i were to pass by a building which i am involve in....i can proudly tell my friends i build this thing here haha....its not lego u know haha

I never tot of being an engineer b4 because I always tot that it is really inconvenient for a woman to be at site. But someone proves mi wrong.....LEE BEE WAH....I came across her when I was searching for a local consultancy firm. She was the chairperson of LBW Consultants.

this year start off quite badly.....

Actually there is only one problem but that is enough already.....FYP....I have to find a construction consultancy firm to do a case study.....but after 1 week there weren't much response. How? I cant force people to let me do the case study right.....Maybe I should be more enthusiatic by going down to their firm and talk to them....well how many directors will be willing to see me? And usually they seems to be always out.

okok i shd be more optimistic ... now i going to call up another company. hopefully i can talk to a key person instead of the secretary.

The show I have beening watching day and night ....finalli I finished it hoooo....

My favourite character:

Gigi Lai....She is the one who touched so many pple's heart when she died in the gu huo zai's movie (the movie series which make ekin cheng super "red")

dunno y i dun realli like him sometimes....he is actualli the super good guy in the show. Well maybe so good that it became not real.....

This show is nice if u have plenty of time like mi haha....cos some parts are realli quite slow....

The drama also tells us some philosophies of life..... worth recommending also since it is educational .
